Notes
Status specie: Not unanimously confirmed Like its congener P. seymouri, it is difficult to maintain it for several generations and also has a similar problem after the first weeks of its birth. Growth slows down for some reason that I haven't been able to figure out so far. My theory is due to the composition of the water or some deficiency in its diet. Once a good pair or reproductive group has been found, spawning is not too abundant either. The eggs are amber in color, making them difficult to observe in the peat.
